{"id":921,"date":"2017-02-03T13:11:08","date_gmt":"2017-02-03T12:11:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fontecesia.it\/en\/termini-di-cancellazione\/"},"modified":"2017-12-28T09:29:01","modified_gmt":"2017-12-28T08:29:01","slug":"terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.fontecesia.it\/en\/terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Booking Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made at Fonte Cesia Hotel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a booking.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bookings<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Every booking, after your confirmation, has contract value according to Italian legislation.<\/p>\n<p>Following your booking request, you will receive a not-binding offer.<\/p>\n<p>To secure your reservation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>we just need your written confirmation and your credit card details as guarantee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On special Events &amp; Holidays:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>we ask for the payment of a deposit, to be made within 3 days of our confirmation. A <strong>30% deposit<\/strong> of the total amount of stay is required up to 3 nights, while for longer stays the <strong>50%<\/strong> of the total amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As provided for by the civil code in art. 1385, will not be returned in case of cancellation or no show within cancellation policy.<\/p>\n<p>No Booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and\/or payment\/deposit described in this paragraph have been provided.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong><br \/>\n Change the reservation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To make changes to your booking, <strong>please <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fontecesia.it\/contatti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">contact us<\/a><\/strong>, we will be pleased to satisfy your request.<\/p>\n<p>However, there is no guarantee the fulfilment of this request.<\/p>\n<p>In case of booking to a period for which the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer must pay the difference.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The bill or the balance of your stay is due on <strong>check out<\/strong> at the hotel.<\/p>\n<p>Any extras must be paid before departure.<\/p>\n<p>Our hotel accepts Euros and credit cards.<\/p>\n<p>During special <strong>Events &amp; Holidays<\/strong>: we require the <strong>deposit<\/strong> and no later than <strong>10 days<\/strong> before arrival the payment of the balance.<\/p>\n<p>In case of non-receipt of the deposit within 3 days, the reservation is nothing, the same applies to the balance.<\/p>\n<p>In case of non-payment of the balance, the reservation will be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>For Corporate reservations secured by a company credit card, we need the authorization to charge Client entire stay on company c.c. before Guest departure.<br \/>\n Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer and credit card.<\/p>\n<p>For<strong> bank transfer payments<\/strong>, here our <strong>Bank details<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Bank transfer Hotel Fonte Cesia<br \/>\n IBAN:IT09E0311138702000000019155<\/p>\n<p>BIC:\u00a0\u00a0 BPAMIT31 via BLOPIT22<\/p>\n<p>SWIFT: BLOPIT22<\/p>\n<p>BANCA POPOLARE DI ANCONA SPA<\/p>\n<p>FILIALE DI TODI VIA TIBERINA<\/p>\n<p>VIA TIBERINA, 64<br \/>\n Please send a copy of the Bank transfer by mail: fontecesia@fontecesia.it with your name and booking details.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Visitor&#8217;s tax<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Starting from the 1th of January 2018 The Municipality of Todi has established the tourist tax.<\/p>\n<p>For this accommodation facility the tax amounts to Euros \u20ac 2.00 per person per night.<\/p>\n<p>It is to be settled by the hotel guest directly upon check-out cash. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fontecesia.it\/en\/todi-city-tax\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">City tax details<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Individual bookings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Any cancellation of a reservation must be communicated by mail.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For cancellation conditions please kindly refer to your booking confirmation.<br \/>\n In case of cancellation or changes up to<strong> 3 days<\/strong> before date of arrival is not charged.<\/p>\n<p>For cancellations or changes beyond the deadline will be charged, credit card data as a guarantee, the cost of the first night per room cancelled for stays up to 3 nights, while for longer stays, the <strong>50% of the total amount<\/strong> of the booked stay.<\/p>\n<p>This cancellation policy is <strong>not valid for discounted rate, not refundable rates<\/strong> (in this case the amount of the reservation will be charged at time of reservation and will not be returned in case of cancellation).<\/p>\n<p>During periods that coincide with special Events &amp; Holidays\u00a0cancellation\u00a0will be accepted, without charges, up to 10 days before the check-in date.<\/p>\n<p>Hotel Fonte Cesia reserves the right to credit the total amount due in case of cancellations after this period.<\/p>\n<p>No reimbursement is up to the visitor who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and thus is liable to pay the whole booked stay<\/p>\n<p><strong>Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This reservation requires full pre-payment and is non-cancellable, non-amendable and <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We will charge the full\u00a0amount of the reservation to the credit card you used to make this reservation shortly after the reservation is made.<\/p>\n<h3>No-show<\/h3>\n<p>In case of no-show, the deposit will be withheld, or charge the credit card given as guarantee for the first night.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For any questions, please <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fontecesia.it\/en\/contacts\/\">Contact us<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made at Fonte Cesia Hotel.
