day, on November the 1st,\u00a0 are the &#8221; Maccheroni dolci&#8221;pasta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">You should have to try this different way to taste pasta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">Our recipe:<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">\u00a0Ingredients:<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">350 grams of Rigatoni or noodle or homemade pasta ( 350 grams of flour)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">grated zest of 1 lemon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">2 teaspoons ground cinnamon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">300 grams shelled walnut<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">150grams of sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">100 grams of breadcrumbs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">3\/8 cups of Perugina sweetened cocoa powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">\u00a0Alchermes liqueur<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">Chocolate<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">Mix \u00a0flour and water to prepare the dough or choose the pasta you prefer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">Place the finely chopped walnuts in a bowl, add sugar, cinnamon, lemon zest and breadcrumbs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">Boil the pasta in salty water, drain it well and add to the walnut mixture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">Blend well to let the sugar and cocoa dissolve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">Now if you like it add the cocoa powder or Alchermes liqueur or some grated chocolate flakes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">In my family we add everything, no rules, just the wait for the perfect moment\u00a0 of Delight and Bliss.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">\u00a0Serve cold as dessert.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Enjoy !!!<\/span><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\">For any question or suggestion do not hesitate to <a style=\"color: #7d2a0c;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fontecesia.it\/en\/contacts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">contact us<\/a> .<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The fundamental dish  in Todi and in my house for &#8221;
