The other participating cities are Assisi, Bettona, Cannara, Collazzone, Deruta, Fratta Todina, Marsciano, Massa Martana, Monte Castello di Vibio, Perugia, Spello and Torgiano.<\/p>\n<p>The association brings together <strong>vineyards<\/strong>, <strong>olive mills<\/strong>, hotels and restaurants, museums, theatres, small <strong>artisan<\/strong> and commercial businesses and other agencies and associations. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The Canticle Wine Route: more than just wine<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Cantico Wine Route aims to promote the communication and development of an area characterised by its renowned wine production: <strong>one DOCG<\/strong>, the <strong>Torgiano Rosso Riserva<\/strong>, and<strong> five DOC<\/strong>, <strong>Assisi, Colli Perugini, Torgiano, Todi and Colli Martani<\/strong>. And that&#8217;s not all.\u00a0The initiatives and projects are all created with the aim of attracting people to the ancient villages, cities, castles and churches through a route that allows visitors to explore the identity and soul of the area also through its events, re-enactments and f\u00eates.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the wines, therefore, they showcase the fine traditional local products, such as the <strong>Cannara onion<\/strong>, <strong>Umbrian DOP oi<\/strong>l, <strong>IGP White Veal<\/strong> from the Central Apennines, <strong>saffron<\/strong>, the <strong>Bettona pea<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fontecesia.it\/en\/enogastronomy-umbria\/truffle-umbria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>truffle<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and <strong>Umbrian sheep cheese<\/strong> of Subasio.
